Marinated grilled aubergines and roasted peppers served with italian breadsticks is a great aperitif snack for late summer evening drinks. (Our favourite marinate is made with vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper to taste…and slivers of garlic for the brave at heart)
